Anxiety

Anxiety is in the fear family, but is not exactly the same as fear. Anxiety is about a future uncertain threat. Being a little bit anxious can be useful (without any anxiety people get overconfident and/or lazy), but being very anxious or having profound, longstanding, or debilitating anxiety can be overwhelming and stressful.

The good news is that anxiety is one of the kinds of problems that is most treatable. I can help you decrease your anxiety and learn to live the kind of life you want.
